AtNetPlus Honored As 2008 Recipient of the Prestigious Cascade Capital Business Growth Award

AtNetPlus was one of 48 companies in the 5 county region surrounding Akron to be honored.

Stow, Ohio – October 9, 2008 – Information Technology company, AtNetPlus today announced that the firm was recognized as a Cascade Capital Business Growth Award honoree at the 14th Annual Awards Ceremony last week. AtNetPlus was among 28 recipients in the service category.
The award honors growing businesses in a seven county region surrounding greater Akron. Manufacturing and Distribution, Service, and Technology companies were acknowledged at the event.

The criteria for selection includes increasing sales by at least 100% or $5 million over the last 5 years, or increasing total employment by 50% or 25 actual employees over the same time period. AtNetPlus was recognized for increasing employment by 138% since 2003.

“We were very pleased to be named as a recipient of this prestigious award. It was an honor to be listed among so many leading companies in the area,” noted Partner, Jay Mellon.
“We have a great team of people on which to build and are currently looking to add several IT Specialists and Applications Programmers to our staff. As a matter of fact, finding the qualified talent we need is one of our biggest challenges,” said Mellon.
