AtNetPlus, Inc. Acquires VirtuMark, LLC and Expands Web Development Services

AtNetPlus welcomes VirtuMark Owner Jeff Phillip as Web Services Manager

Stow, Ohio – October 1, 2009 – AtNetPlus, Inc., a leading Information Technology firm today announced the acquisition of local web development services company VirtuMark, LLC. As part of the agreement, VirtuMark Owner, Jeff Phillip joins AtNetPlus as Web Services Manager and will oversee all aspects of web development and web hosting.

In 1998, VirtuMark developed out of an opportunity to provide hosted web applications to the kitchen and bath industry. Over time the firm evolved into offering customized web development solutions to a variety of small and mid-sized businesses with a focus on cost effective and efficient online technology. As his technical team grew, Phillip’s role shifted into project management and communications.
