Co-founder [of AtNetPlus, Inc.] Jay Mellon said his company bought Akron-based VirtuMark, another IT company, in October 2009 because it fit well with his existing business, would bring aboard talented employees that AtNetPlus needed and it also came with new customers.

Information technology services provider AtNetPlus guarantees what so many small businesses have lost in this recession and will look for in 2010: stability.
The Stow-based company offers its customers managed services, providing fixed prices and therefore more predictability.
