Recently, at 2:30 AM, our server was low on hard disk space. As an AtNetCare client, the on-call IT Specialist was automatically notified by the system that we had a problem. He remotely logged onto our server and freed up space on the hard drive. Without AtNetCare our server would have crashed and I would have been frantically calling for help at 2:30 in the morning! Instead, AtNetPlus made sure we continued business as usual.
